Villa Betty Boo is in the prestigious Hampton Lakes community, our villa fully air conditioned, sleeps up to 8 people + infants and consists of four bedrooms, (One king size, one queen & two themed twins) two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, a lounge/dining room, family room with 65" Smart TV with DVD player and X-Box with two controllers and two games, games room, free wireless internet, national & international calls. Fully fitted American Kitchen, private screened pool with privacy fence and child safety fence.
Hampton lakes is a quiet estate in a rural atmosphere within easy reach of all the main attractions and numerous golf courses including the renowned Highland Reserve Course which is adjacent to Hampton Lakes with Champions Gate only a 5 minutes drive. There are a number of restaurants at Berry Town Centre, just a couple of minutes from us, including an Applebees restaurant (steaks & ribs), Chinese, Indian and Italian, along with a large Publix supermarket and petrol station. There are numerous restaurants just 10 mintes drive along Hwy 192, Outback, Bahama Breeze, Millers Ale House & Olive Garden to name but a few!

The kitchen is fully equipped with American fridge/freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, large cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, coffee maker and toaster etc. along with all the necessary cooking utensils and crockery for 8 people. There is a table with 4 chairs and is open plan with the the family room.
The Family room has two large sofa's, coffee table, 65” Smart TV with DVD player and X-Box, this room has a ceiling fan.
The family room opens onto the pool and deck area via patio doors.
